Cindy LeBauer, LMFT

If you’re here, chances are there’s something in your life you’d like to change. Often it’s the patterns of thinking, reacting or relating that have left you feeling stuck, frustrated or drained and unable to find a solution. And while change can be hard, I believe that in a supportive, collaborative environment—with greater insight and the right tools—meaningful change can and does happen.

Integrative Therapy for Growth and Healing

My style is straightforward. Together, we’ll look at your history and the relationships and experiences that have shaped who you are today. Understanding where these patterns come from can help you see yourself differently—and create the opportunity to respond more effectively.

But insight is only part of the work. Therapy should also help you develop new ways of managing difficult emotions, responding to triggers, communicating your needs and navigating the relationships and challenges in your life. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more confident, self-assured and empowered to handle situations that may once have felt overwhelming or out of your control.

Tailored Therapy for Your Unique Needs

My approach is integrative, which means I don’t believe there is one way of doing therapy that works for everyone. I draw from a range of evidence-based theories and from years of working with individuals, couples and families tailoring our work to you and what you need. Sometimes that means looking more deeply at the past; other times it means focusing on what is happening right now and finding practical ways to create change.

Above all, I want therapy to be a place where you feel seen and heard and where we can talk openly about what is and isn’t working and where you want to go from here. I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity and honesty as we work together to help you move forward and create a life and relationships that feel more fulfilling.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
