Welcome to my therapy practice! I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, with a specialty in multi-generational families and a strong emphasis in working with couples and individuals to improve their relationships and situations. I maintain a private practice in Beverly Hills, California, while mostly working online now.
With over 30 years experience as a therapist for individuals and couples, and as a graduate of University of Southern California with a Masters in Social Work and a Masters in Gerontology, I work with a broad spectrum of relationships and couples. My greatest contribution is bringing couples who are struggling in their relationship to a safer place where they can partner and reconnect in a healthier manner. I find that sometimes relationships are mired in dysfunction as the result of people not taking care of themselves or the sanctity of a meaningful relationship. By embracing change, and opening up to new ways to be in a relationship, I have helped countless couples find a truly wonderful way to heal together.

I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
