Rates and Insurance

Therapy Rates

  • $225 per 45 minute session 
  • $300 per 60 minute session
  • $375 per 75 minute session
  • $450 per 90 minute session

payment

Cash, checks, Paypal and Venmo are all accepted for payment and required at the end of each session.  Credit cards are not accepted. An invoice will be sent to you at the end of each calendar month for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. The patient is responsible for submitting all paperwork to the insurance company.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 

cancellation

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment.  Phone sessions are only available if they are scheduled in advance.  Phone sessions are not an option for last minute cancellations.  The full fee will be charged for missed sessions that are not cancelled by notice given at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
